Yes, we sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with our clients to ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguard patient information.

Can I message clients through the app?

 Direct messaging isn’t available yet. If this feature is important to you, please let us know.

Can I assign homework based on the app?

Yes, you can share specific chapters from our playbook with clients. A drag-and-drop feature for recommendations is planned for future updates.

Does the app have a journal feature?

Yes, our Daily Reflections feature allows clients to journal and add notes.

Does Paradym Health help with insurance reimbursements?

Not currently, but we’re developing a copy-and-paste function to support insurance reporting.
